Kathleen Peggar, GMAP ‘08, is now serving as a Liaison Officer to EUCOM (United States European Command), Global Center for Security Cooperation, Defense Security Cooperation Agency. Peggar recently organized the first conference in a series of symposia, designed to enhance the partnership between the Command and some of its key stakeholders over the coming decade. Dr. Jeffrey Taliaferro, Associate Professor at Tufts and GMAP Professor of Security Studies, was an invited guest from academia and Patrick Gambrel, also from the GMAP ‘08 class, was an invited guest from the private sector.
