On July 31st The Weekly Standard published Intelligence Dominance, A better way forward by Professor Richard H. Shultz and Professor Roy Godson. Professor Shultz is the Director of International Security studies at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, and Director of Research at the Consortium for the Study of Intelligence (CSI) and Roy Godson is a Professor of Government at Georgetown University and President of the National Strategy Information Center.
