General Howard appears on Fox News
Fox News. BG (Ret) Russell D. Howard, director of the Jebsen Center, interviewed with Fox News regarding the bipartisan Iraq Study Group, led by former Secretary of State James A. Baker III and former Democratic Representative Lee Hamilton of Indiana. The group is expected to report its findings and recommendations before the end of the year.
