- Christine Martin is a second year at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, where she is focusing on understanding the role of both technology and monitoring and evaluation in making development aid more effective. After planning M-Banking 2009 in Nairobi, she worked as a monitoring and evaluation intern at Twaweza, a Tanzanian-based non-profit, where she explored how Twaweza can use mobile technology to increase access to information throughout East Africa.
Prior to graduate school, Christine worked in international corporate law at Weil, Gotshal, and Manges in New York City. She graduated from the University of Virginia in 2006 with a degree in international relations, and spent four months studying foreign policy and sustainable development in Geneva, Switzerland.
